In this episode of the Soul Summit podcast, host Courtney Prete interviews Joy Seward, an outdoor enthusiast and advocate for fostering independence and empowering poeple in the outdoors.

She discusses the pain of losing her father while she was in college as well as the rewards of guiding and teaching others in the outdoors and the impact it can have on personal growth.
