Anxiety is one of those ugly words that many don't want to talk about, let alone face, but, it is a VERY real part of life. Todays guest, Mary Hally has walked through the battle of anxiety for many years, and offers some good advice and insight in todays episode.
Mary is now a Montana gal, and loving her life in the outdoors, hunting and now coming full circle to share her lifestyle with her family. She is also the founder of a new company called Advent-hers which is an online community for women to come together and share their experiences in the outdoors.
I appreciate her openness on the hard to embrace topic and hope that her story, suggestions, and insight can help the journey of those listening.
